Every since we found the mold in the family room, we have been trying to find a 'place' for Janet to lay her head. We batted around lots of ideas, cottages, additions, you name it. Then we had a thought....Janet found a 1977 31 foot Land Yacht. It's in pretty rough shape, but fixable and a fun fixer upper!
First thing we had to do, was get a place to park.
The side yard, out in front of the kitchen and back bedroom.
Gravel, landscape fabric, and some makeshift leveling string.Now we have lots of dirt!
